With more than 10 years working in the weight management industry and working with people from different cultural backgrounds and nationalities; has shaped me as a health provider and thought many how to help people find their right path with enjoyable swaps, lovely additions and discovering new favourite food as just part of it.

We focus on nourishing and finding the right balance for your body. You will feel good, revitalised and on top of that the weight you have been meaning to lose will start dropping. It is important to make lifestyle changes as its the best way to ensure those healthy habits we acquire stay for life.

Most importantly we want to have a healthy relationship with food, body and ultimately to help nourish the soul.

Starting with your weight management plan

A predominantly Whole Food Plant Based diet is great way to lose weight without the restrictive amounts and quantities, as to reach the calories and nutrients for your body we need an abundance of plant foods. This is a game changer when it comes to weight management.

Weight management is just one of the things that we would need to look into it, lifestyle changes are the most important thing. Learn and gain new  healthy habits for life.

Who are our clients?

The majority of our clients are normal eaters, as well as those who would like to move towards or become plant-based or vegan. Typically, my clients are interested in becoming healthier, weight loss, improving energy, lowering cholesterol, lowering blood pressure, exploring if their diet is having an effect on their health condition, reversing prediabetes, gut issues etc. Unfortunately, as a Nutritionist, I am not medically trained and unable to assist you if you have medical requirements, disordered eating or obsessive compulsive disorder. Please seek medical expertise, and continue to seek the help that you deserve.

A lot of our clients are plant curious people who just want to explore and include more plant food into their everyday meals.

Finding the right diet plan for each one of us is more than just control calories and control portions, its about taking the right food that matches the lifestyle, cultural backgrounds and our preferences as well, but taking into account what is right for the health of our body.
